How to determine the correct bracelet size

The easiest way to measure your wrist is with a piece of string or a flexible measuring tape.

1. Measure your wrist
Wrap the measuring tape or string snugly but comfortably around your wrist. Make sure it's not too tight – your bracelet should be comfortable to wear later.

2. Mark the spot
Mark the spot where the string or measuring tape overlaps.

3. Determine the length
Lay the string flat on a ruler and measure its length. This is your wrist circumference. If using a measuring tape, you can read the value directly.

4. Choose the right size
Then simply select the measured size. You can find a size chart on the product page. Our bracelet sizes correspond to your actual wrist circumference and are designed for a comfortable fit.

5. Between two sizes?
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the next larger size or providing us with your desired individual length.

Please note: The stainless steel sliders are made of high-quality metal. As with any metal, fine scratches may appear with strong friction or rough, manual work. We therefore recommend removing the bracelet briefly during intensive or very rough activities.

Did your bracelet arrive damaged?

In rare cases, you may receive a defective product.

Please contact us with a photo at info@grevour.com – we will quickly and easily find a solution and arrange for a replacement.

Unless a different delivery time is specified on the respective product page, delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days.
For international deliveries, the delivery time is approximately 5–8 business days.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link.

Within Germany
For orders within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order (incl. statutory VAT).
Shipping is free for orders over €49.

International Shipping
For international deliveries, we charge a flat rate of €8.00 per order (incl. statutory VAT).

Shipping is reliably handled by DHL. We also offer DHL Express shipping. The total cost for express shipping may vary depending on the destination and order volume and will be displayed accordingly at checkout.
